The innovative solution allows for the accommodation of multiple tools in the robot’s common base: the two versions can indeed install either a roller conveyor or a lifting device capable of moving up to 500 kg.
To enable this dual function with a single product and without altering the shape, a specially designed removable interlocking system has been created, allowing the cover of the roller version to be removed in order to insert the bellows of the lifting version.
We paid particular attention to the design of the directional LED indicators, drawing inspiration from the animal world: the zoomorphic image is accentuated by the front oval-shaped sticker, which recalls the features of a muzzle. Our goal was to give the robot a dynamic and friendly expression, shaping a likable presence for the operators that subconsciously helps improve human-machine interaction.
The casing fully envelops the internal technology, creating a compact shell that ensures maximum safety for the operators and protects all the delicate components.
Additionally, two emergency buttons are placed at opposite corners, easily reachable from any direction of encounter with the object; the sensors have been integrated into the machine body, creating special niches that allow the laser beam to function without interference from the bodywork.
